Start with the Checkr Candidate Portal. That’s where you can:
Find your report,
See what triggered the issue,
File a dispute, and
Upload proof (court documents, ID, DMV record, etc.).
If your employer or app denied you, you should also look for an email from Checkr with a link to your report. Many people can’t “find” their report simply because it’s tied to a different email/phone number than they’re using.
About a phone number
Checkr does have phone support in some situations at (844) 824-3257.
However, disputes typically still require a written submission with documentation. Even if you reach someone by phone, you’ll usually be directed back to the Candidate Portal or the written dispute process because the investigation depends on reviewing evidence.
